Saturday 1/4, Otay Mountain

This is a 26 mile run starting from the Otay Mesa side, up and over Otay Mountain to the Thousand Trails campground by the lake, and then back the same way again.

We will meet at 6:30 at this location, a Wendy's parking lot, and shuttle to the start at the beginning of Otay Mountain Truck Trail.

There is no water along the route, but at the turn around there is a small convenience store where you can buy refreshments.

The trail is 100% fire road, and is not very exciting itself, but there are some pretty nice views up there.
