This is a site for sharing training runs. All are welcome to attend these runs, and please feel free to share this site with others.

If you would like to post a run to the group, please contact the organizers so we can add you to the author list.

We will add a minimum run description that includes meeting place and time, distance options, water available, and whether an RSVP is required. Maps, photos, and gps tracks are a possibility...
